Counselling
Are you new to seeking counselling? Even if you are not, each Counsellor has their own way of working, and I passionately believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship to help with healing and to promote change in unhelpful behaviour. I offer support that makes a difference.
It is important you feel comfortable with your Counsellor, so the first session is an opportunity to see if we feel we can work together. Part of the session will be looking at the Counselling Contract/Privacy policy, whilst the rest of the time offers space so you can outline what has brought you to counselling and I will answer any questions you may have. If you are happy to proceed with counselling, we will agree an initial number of sessions, and then review how you feel; whether you feel this is enough or you wish to continue with more sessions.
