Counselling 

Each counselling session is 60 minutes long, and the investment to improve your mental health is £60.

 

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

EFT the investment is £60 per session.

Rewind Trauma Therapy 

Rewind Trauma Therapy the investment is £70 per session .

​

In person sessions are 50 minutes due to room hire arrangements.

​

Payment is required in advance by Bank transfer.

 

Cancellations

I ask you to inform me as soon as possible, if you are unable to attend your session. Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice incurs a fee at the session rate.
